小学识字规范化教学论

摘要: 识字教育是义务教育小学阶段的主旋律,是决定并影响小学生学习成长发展和终身学习能力的语文基础教育。小学识字教育主要是在语文课程中开展国家通用语言文字和汉语拼音的标准化规范化教学,并一直贯穿整个义务教育阶段语文课程最基础的内容。如何基于新课标来认识和理解小学识字教育新内涵,各学段识字教学新内容,如何基于语文规范化发展,语文规范化教学理论,通用规范汉字音形规范等相关标准规范,了解和深化语文规范化教学新要求,探索标准化规范化识字教学新路径,破解语文基础教育难题,提升学生识字质量水平,夯实语文基础,创造性创新小学识字教育教学与发展?
本文分为识字教育新内涵、规范化识字教学新模式和新路径三个部分。识字教育新内涵从语文规范化教学理论上,梳理和解读语文新课标识字教育的新内涵,揭示语文基础教育中识字与写字规范化教学的重要性、必要性和迫切性;从语文规范化教学实践上,研究新课标语文课程内容、语文教科书、语文教学实践中的识字教学内容,建构小学识字规范化教学主题和教学路径,供语文规范化教学创新与实践参考。读者对象:中小学校长、语文教研员、语文学科年级组长、科任教师以及广大语文教育教学科技工作者。

Abstract: Literacy education is the main theme of compulsory education in the primary stage, and it is the basic Chinese education that determines and affects the growth and development of primary school students and lifelong learning ability. The primary school literacy education is mainly to carry out the standardized teaching of national general language and Chinese Pinyin in the Chinese curriculum, and has been throughout the basic content of the Chinese curriculum in the whole compulsory education stage. How to recognize and understand the new connotation of primary school literacy education based on the new curriculum standard, the new content of literacy teaching in various periods, how to understand and deepen the new requirements of Chinese standardized teaching, explore the new path of standardized literacy teaching, solve the problems of Chinese basic education, improve the literacy quality of students, consolidate the Chinese foundation, and creatively innovate the teaching and development of primary school literacy education?
 
This paper is divided into three parts: the new connotation of literacy education, the new model of standardized literacy teaching and the new path. The new connotation of literacy education from the theory of Chinese standardized teaching, combing and interpreting the new connotation of Chinese New Curriculum Standard literacy education, revealing the importance, necessity and urgency of literacy and writing standardized teaching in Chinese basic education; From the perspective of Chinese standardized teaching practice, it studies the contents of the new curriculum standard Chinese curriculum, Chinese textbooks, and literacy teaching content in Chinese teaching practice, and constructs the primary school literacy standardized teaching theme and teaching path for the innovation and practice of Chinese standardized teaching.
