论新质生产力与新型工业化的双向互动

摘要: 新质生产力和新型工业化都是新一轮科技革命和产业革命大变革中出现的新范畴，都是中国特色自主知识体系中的重大理论创新范畴，是马克思主义中国化的重大理论创新成果。新质生产力和新型工业化之间具有双向互动关系，这种双向互动关系是一种改进的“技术—经济范式”，由“技术—经济范式”扩展为“科技—产业—生产力”范式，这一新范式的形成意味着新质生产力的形成和新型工业化的逐步推进。新质生产力是新型工业化的基础，新型工业化是新质生产力的发展载体。在推动中国式现代化和经济高质量发展中需要实现两者的双向互动，通过双向互动构建中国式现代化的技术基础、物质基础和动力支撑。新质生产力与新型工业化在条件上通过科技创新，在过程上通过建设现代化产业体系，在结果上通过形成绿色生产力和高质量发展实现新质生产力与新型工业化的双向互动。

Abstract: New productive forces and new industrialization are both new categories that have emerged in the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution.They are significant theoretical innovation categories in the independent knowledge system with Chinese characteristics and are significant theoretical innovation achievements in the sinicization of Marxism.There is a bidirectional interactive relationship between new quality productivity and new industrialization,which is an improved “technology economy paradigm” that has expanded from “technology economy paradigm” to “technology industry productivity” paradigm.The formation of this new paradigm means the formation of new quality productivity and the gradual promotion of new industrialization.New productive forces are the foundation of new industrialization,and new industrialization is the development carrier of new productive forces.In order to promote Chinese path to modernization and high-quality economic development,we need to achieve two-way interaction between the two.Through two-way interaction,we can build the technical foundation,material foundation and power support of Chinese path to modernization.The interaction between new quality productivity and new industrialization should be achieved through technological innovation in terms of conditions,the construction of a modern industrial system in the process,and the formation of green productivity and high-quality development in the results.
