摘要: 1922年底至1924年初，列宁口述了八篇“政治遗嘱”，系统展现了其晚年文化思想。列宁文化思想历经创建、发展、成熟三个阶段，实现了文化战略从附属任务到划时代主要任务的跃升，构建了批判继承与循序渐进相统一的辩证方法论，形成了系统的实践体系。列宁晚年文化思想不仅为马克思主义文化理论提供了重要的理论创构与方法论创新，也对当代中国特色社会主义文化繁荣发展具有深刻启示：确立文化战略的先导地位，将激发文化活力作为现代化建设的核心；坚持批判继承与循序渐进相统一的科学方法论，推动文化创新；夯实文化主体性根基，通过知识人才保障与全民文化素养提升，激发社会创造活力。

Abstract: From the end of 1922 to the beginning of 1924，Lenin dictated eight “political testament” articles，systematically presenting his late-career cultural thought. Lenin’s cultural thought underwent three stages—formation，development，and maturation，which elevated cultural strategy from a subordinate task to a mission of epochal significance. It established a dialectical methodology that integrates critical inheritance with gradual progress，and formed a systematic system of practice. Lenin’s late-career cultural thought not only constitutes a significant theoretical construction and methodological innovation for Marxist cultural theory，but also offers profound insights for the flourishing and development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the contemporary era：it establishes the leading position of cultural strategy，making the stimulation of cultural vitality the core of modernization；adheres to a scientific methodology that integrates critical inheritance with gradual progress to promote cultural innovation；and solidifies the foundation of cultural subjectivity while stimulating social creativity through the cultivation of knowledgeable talent and the improvement of the cultural literacy of the entire people.
