历史之困与现实之答——论自我革命是党跳出历史周期率的第二个答案

摘要: 纵观人类社会政治史，历史周期率具有普遍性和不可回避性；造成反复出现兴勃亡忽的历史周期困境的一个重要因素在于统治（执政）集团的自我治理局限。面对历史困局，以习近平为主要代表的当代中国共产党人以高度的理论自觉、历史自觉和实践自觉，将党的自我革命作为解答历史周期率命题、破解历史上统治（执政）集团自我治理困境的第二个答案和重要法宝，并深刻回答了中国共产党为什么要、为什么能和怎样推进自我革命等重大课题。

Abstract: Throughout the political history of human society , the historical cycle rate is universality and inevitability; One important factor contributing to the recurring historical cycle dilemma of rise and fall is the self governance limitations of the ruling group.In the face of the historical dilemma,  with a highly degree of theoretical, historical and practical consciousness, the CPC regards the party’s self revolution as the second answer to the proposition of historical cycle rate and the dilemma of self governance of the ruling group in history, and profoundly answer the major theoretical and practical topics such as why the CPC need, why the CPC can and how the CPC promote the self revolution.
