数字时代下艺术传播人才培养目标重构

Reconstruction of Training Objectives for Art Communication Talents in the Digital Age

摘要: 新兴交叉思维为艺术、文化产业的变革提出新的方向,数字媒介技术介入艺术引发人才需求的
时代之变,培养具备艺术传播能力的复合型人才正得到学界重视。数字时代背景下,艺术传播与以“大数据、人工智能”为代表的媒介技术结合得愈发紧密,在观念、知识、能力、素养等层面对艺术传播专业人才提出了新的要求。本文通过分析数字时代背景下,数字媒介技术对艺术传播的影响,论述艺术传播人才培养呈现出的新特色,重构艺术传播专业人才培养目标。从而为“新文科”背景下艺术传播人才培养的科学性与适配性提供新的思路。

Abstract: Emerging interdisciplinary thinking has set off a new revolution of art and culture industries and the change in talent demand is now being triggered by the intervention of digital media technology in art. The compound talents with the ability of artistic communication is getting attention from the academia. In the digital age, artistic communication and media technologies represented by big data and artificial intelligence are increasingly closely integrated, which brings about new requirements for artistic communication talents in terms of concept, knowledge, ability and literacy. By analyzing the influence of digital media technology on artistic communication in the digigal age, the author discusses the new characteristics of artisitic communication talents training and reconstruction of training objectives for artistic communication talents. Thus, it provides a new direction for the scientific and adaptive training of artistic communication talents under the background of “new liberal arts”.
