摘要: 在艺科融合的背景下,本文以爱德华
多·卡茨的《荧光兔》为例,探讨当代科技艺术区
别于科学研究的图像策略。荧光兔图像的编码、传
播与接受过程,违背了“客观性”与“精准性”原
则,以表意的不确定,动摇科学图像的惯例,揭露
易被忽视的文化议题。这在主体性受高科技冲击的
当代语境下,展现出艺术显现真实的独特潜力。
Abstract: This paper takes Eduardo Kac’s GFP Bunny as an example to
explore the image strategies that distinguish contemporary technoscience art
from scientific research in the context of the convergence of art and science. The
coding, dissemination and acceptance of GFP Bunny image violate the principles
of “objectivity” and “accuracy”, and shake the conventions of scientific images and
expose cultural issues that are easily neglected with the uncertainty of signification. In
the contemporary context where the subjectivity is impacted by high-tech, it shows the
unique potential of art to reveal the truth.
