二十四史对中国传统医学的记述及态度

摘要: 二十四史代表着官方和社会正统的观点与态度，其中的《方技传》等内容，不但记载了众多的医师生平和行医事迹，反映了传统医学取得的辉煌成就，如具有深厚的理论基础、高超的医术和独具特色的诊疗方法等，而且也反映了它外科学不发达、医疗方法不够严谨、传承方式保守落后等自身的短板和缺陷。同时，这些记载还反映了传统医学在古代社会受到轻视、医师处于较低的社会地位、医术被视为微末小道等问题。以二十四史作为观照，有助于我们正确认识中国传统医学的价值和角色地位。

Abstract: The twenty-four histories represent an official and social orthodoxy and attitude, Among 《Magical Technique Biography》, it is not only recorded a large number of doctors’ life and practice, and reflect the brilliant achievements of traditional medicine. The twenty-four histories has the profound theoretical basis, excellent skills and unique treatment methods etc., And it also reflects that it is not developed in Surgery, the medical method is not strict enough, The heritage of the conservative and backward, such as their own short board and defects. At the same time, the record itself reflects the traditional medicine physicians in lower social status of ancient society. Medicine is regarded as not important, By the twenty-four histories as contemplation, help us to correctly understand the value and role of traditional medicine .
