重塑中国档案事业史:学科建设、教材更新与教学叙事策略研究

Reshaping the History of China’s Archival Industry: Research on Discipline Construction, Textbook Updating, and Teaching Narrative Strategies

摘要: 在《中国档案事业史》一书出版30周年之际,通过问卷调查和相关数据分析指出目前中国档案事业史存在学科建设不足、教材老化的现象,对此首先提出在学科建设方面,要对中国档案事业史学科内容结构学理性特征进行提炼,具体而言要对中国档案事业历史演进脉络进行时序性梳理,对档案学理论和知识框架进行逻辑性筑基,对档案学与其他学科交叉融合进行创新驱动,对本土与外国档案事业发展进行双向关照;其次指出教材建设要为实现人才培养目标而服务,中国档案事业史教材可以通过具体史实内容的挖掘构建起为国存史、为党管档、为民服务的人才培养导向;最后指出具体的教学实践中,要基于学科内容结构和人才培养的学理性特征重新构筑中国档案事业史的教学叙事策略,并以时间与空间叙事、国家与个人叙事、中心与边缘叙事、历史与时代叙事相结合,实现中国档案事业史学科建设和人才能力培养提升的终极目标。

Abstract: On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the publication of the book "History of Chinese Archival Industry", through questionnaire surveys and relevant data analysis, it is pointed out that there is currently a lack of discipline construction and aging textbooks in the history of Chinese archival industry. Firstly, it is proposed that in terms of discipline construction, the rational characteristics of the content structure of the history of Chinese archival industry should be extracted. Specifically, the historical evolution of Chinese archival industry should be sorted out in chronological order, the theoretical and knowledge framework of archival science should be logically built, the interdisciplinary integration of archival science with other disciplines should be innovatively driven, and the development of local and foreign archival industry should be given two-way attention; Secondly, it is pointed out that the construction of teaching materials should serve the goal of talent cultivation. The history of China’s archival industry teaching materials can be constructed through the excavation of specific historical facts to establish a talent cultivation orientation for the preservation of national history, the management of archives by the Party, and the service of the people; Finally, it is pointed out that in specific teaching practices, it is necessary to reconstruct the teaching narrative strategy of the history of China’s archival industry based on the disciplinary content structure and the rational characteristics of talent cultivation, and combine time and space narrative, national and individual narrative, central and peripheral narrative, and historical and era narrative to achieve the ultimate goal of constructing the discipline of Chinese archival history and enhancing talent cultivation.
