双一流高校国家知识产权信息服务平台优化研究

摘要: 摘要：[目的/意义]旨在了解现阶段高校国家图书馆知识产权信息服务平台的建设现状，发现现有平台存在的问题，从而打好建设知识产权服务平台的基础，推动知识产权信息服务中心更好地助力高校优势学科建设和服务地方社会经济发展。[方法/过程]通过访问78家“双一流”高校图书馆官网，对其知识产权信息服务平台的栏目设置、内容提供、资源工具导航、政策法规建设等进行系统地调查，分析服务平台当前建设的总体情况和存在的问题。[结果/结论]双一流高校国家知识产权服务平台依靠图书馆运营、内容多样、服务对象广泛、制度建设逐渐完善，但在栏目设置、平台功能与类型、数据管理与特色内容建设存在一定的问题，针对以上问题提出了规整栏目、找准定位、健全功能、加强合作规范建设等平台优化策略。

Abstract: Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to understand the current situation of the construction of intellectual property information service platform in National Library of Universities, find out the problems existing in the existing platform, so as to lay a good foundation for the construction of intellectual property service platform, and promote the intellectual property information service center to better assist the construction of superior disciplines in universities and serve the local social and economic development.[Method/Process]By visiting the official websites of 78 "double-top" university libraries, this paper makes a systematic investigation on the column setting, content provision, resource tool navigation, policy and regulation construction of their intellectual property information service platforms, and analyzes the overall situation and existing problems of the current construction of service platforms.[Result/Conclusion]The national intellectual property service platform of double-first-class universities relies on the operation of libraries, with diversified contents, wide service objects and gradual improvement of system construction. However, there are certain problems in column setting, platform function and type, data management and characteristic content construction. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies for the platform, such as regulating columns, finding correct positioning, perfecting functions and strengthening the construction of cooperation norms.
