论大党独有难题的政治学意蕴

摘要: “大党独有难题”这个重要概念蕴含着丰富的理论资源。它提示政治学研究者在方法论上回归对中国共产党执政体制和领导方式的总结；同时要拓宽研究视野，将中国共产党同西方政党、同其他工人阶级政党、中国共产党不同时期的制度和经验进行比较。就政党同国家的关系而言，大党独有难题要求政治学阐释中国共产党长期执政的逻辑和提高长期执政能力的途径。为此，要分析和总结中国共产党从局部执政到长期执政的连贯性以及保证长期执政的制度设计。就政党同人民的关系而言，解决大党独有难题的前提是执政党始终保持纯洁性、保持同人民的血肉联系，尤其是在新时代条件下巩固全面从严治党的成果，强化执政党的凝聚力和引领力。

Abstract: The important concept of ‘the Unique Challenges of Large Parties’ contains rich theoretical resources, which requires political science researchers to not only back to track of governing system and leadership style of CPC in methodology but also broaden the scope of research to compare the system and experience of the CPC with those of Western political parties, of political parties of other proletariat and the system and experience of the CPC at different times. As far as the relationship between political parties and the country is concerned, ‘the Unique Challenges of Large Parties’ requires political science to explain the logic of long-term ruling power of the CPC and ways to improve its long-term ruling ability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and summarize the coherence from partial ruling to long-term ruling of CPC and the accumulated institutional design which ensured long-term ruling. As for the relationship between political parties and the people, the prerequisite for solving ‘the Unique Challenges of Large Parties’ is that the ruling party should always maintain purity and maintain flesh-and-blood ties with the people. Especially in the new era, the ruling party should consolidate the achievements of ‘administer the party strictly in an all-round way’, strengthen the cohesion and leading force of the ruling party.
