档案管理社会化图景： 基于建构和解构取向

摘要: 在“社会”基础上衍生而出的“社会化”是一个复杂的概念，目前学界对档案管理社会化尚缺乏系统全面的 论述。通过多学科文献调研，文章发现现有的社会化理论可以分为建构取向和解构取向，并以此为基础，制定了社会化 理论分析框架。将其运用至档案管理领域，从而归纳出建构取向的档案管理社会化和解构取向的档案管理社会化，并且 在两种取向下分析出四个象限可能，以期系统全面地描绘档案管理社会化图景。

Abstract: The concept of "socialization" derived from "society" is complex and there is still a lack of a systematic and comprehensive description of archival management socialization. Through multi- disciplinary literature research, this article concludes that the existing socialization theories can be divided into two main orientations: constructive orientation and deconstructive orientation. Based on it, the analysis framework of socialization theory is formulated and applied to the interpretation of archival management phenomena. After that, a systematic archival management socialization view based on constructive orientation and deconstructive is described, which includes four quadrant possibilities under the two orientations.
