透过术语变化管窥我国档案方法的历史演变——以“存档”“归档”“建档”为例

摘要: 作为学科基础理论的重要组成部分和实践工作必不可少的工具，档案术语的使用与变化过程，体现出档案 方法的发展变化特征。本文将我国档案事业发展的历史进程分为民国至建国初期、文书立卷改革后、改革开放至今三个 阶段，以存档、归档与建档三个术语为例，分析术语在档案事业发展过程中的使用情况，发现归档与建档的使用频次不 断增加、存档与建档的涉及领域向外拓展、归档与存档的使用情境不断区分等变化，进而总结各阶段档案方法的特点。 研究发现，在档案事业发展过程中，档案方法表现出了专业化、工具化、社会化的趋势特征。

Abstract: Archival terms are considered as an important part of the basic theory of the subject and essential tools in practice, the use and change process of which show intensively and prominently the development and change of archival methods. This article divides the development of archives into three stages: from the Republic of China to the early years of the People's Republic of China, the period after filing reform and the period after reform and opening-up. Taking “archiving” “filing” “documenting” for example to analyze the connotation of terms and the meaning of the terms. And then the characteristics of archival methods in each stage can be summarized. It is found that in the course of the development of archives, archival methods have undergone a series of evolutions from standardization, institutionalization and socialization.
