企业档案数据治理成熟度模型构建研究

摘要: 论文聚焦企业档案管理中的档案数据治理问题，通过运用专家咨询法与 总分比重法和设置关键过程域与关键实践，细化企业档案数据治理成熟度评价指标 并计算权重，最后构建了企业档案数据治理成熟度模型。该模型共包括五个成熟度 等级：可持续优化的初始级、形成体系且可控的可重复级、规范化且标准化的已定义 级、无计划且可重复的已管理级、非正式且未开展的优化级。论文最后通过分析某高 新技术企业的实际情况，对该模型进行了应用分析。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the archives data governance in enterprise archives management. By using expert consultation method and total score proportion method and setting key process areas and key practices, it is refined into the evaluation index of enterprise archives data governance maturity and calculates the weight. Finally, it constructs the enterprise archives data governance maturity model. The model includes five maturity levels: initial level of sustainable optimization, systematic and controllable repeatable level, standardized defined level, unplanned and repeatable managed level, and informal and undeveloped optimization level. Finally, the paper analyzes the application of the model by analyzing the actual situation of a high-tech enterprise.
