面向需求的区域性档案保护中心建设策略研究

摘要: 充分了解档案保护需求对区域性国家重点档案保护中心完善内部架构和合理分配资源具有重要意义。文 章基于对A片区的 274家档案馆的档案保护需求的调研，从制度、平台、技术、合作和人员五个层面对需求进行了分析。 并以此为基础，从加强顶层设计、促进科研成果落地、重视需求识别与细化、建立档案保护行业专家智库、开展跨界协同 合作、建立灵活人才供给六个方面提出了区域性档案保护中心建设的策略。 

Abstract: It is of great significance for the regional archive protection center to fully understand the needs of archive protection for improving its internal structure and the rational allocation of resources. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the archive protection needs of 274 archives in the A regions, and analyses the needs from five aspects: system, platform, technology, cooperation, and personnel. According to the results, for the development of regional archive protection centers, we should strengthen the top-level design, encourage scientific research innovation and application, attach importance to the identification and refinement of demands, establish a think tank for archive protection, carry out interdisciplinary cooperation and build a flexible talent supply system.
