英国档案数据治理现状与启示

摘要: 文章基于对英国数据治理工作宏观背景的分析，聚焦法规制度与实践样例两个方面，认为英国数据收集内 容丰富、方式灵活，数据组织与存储要求明确、标准规范，数据安全设施、人员与存储并重，数据利用范围广泛、形式多 样。我国应当强化档案数据法规制度建设、推动多元主体协同联动、积极运用档案数据治理新技术，协力提升我国档案 数据治理能力。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the macro background of data governance in the UK, the article focuses on two aspects: laws and regulations and practical examples. It believes that data collection in the UK is rich in content, flexible in methods, clear in data organization and storage requirements, standardized in regulations, with equal emphasis on data security facilities, personnel, and storage. The scope of data utilization is wide and diverse in forms. We should strengthen the development of regulations and systems for archival data, promote collaboration among multiple entities, actively utilize new technologies for archival data governance, and work together to enhance China's archival data governance capabilities.
