后疫情时代档案工作的发展趋势

摘要: 后疫情时代档案工作发展面临巨大机遇和复杂挑战，将呈现新的变化趋势。文章遵循国家文化数字化战略 和档案事业发展规划的政策框架，根据后疫情时代档案工作环境和需求的变化，结合档案治理体系建设要求和档案工作 实际情况，分析了后疫情时代档案工作的五大发展趋势：档案法治建设成熟化、档案资源结构合理化、档案服务方式灵 活化、重点档案工作专门化、国际档案交流常态化。

Abstract: The development of archival undertakings in the post-epidemic era is facing huge opportunities and complex challenges, and new trends will emerge. This article follows the policy framework of the national digital and cultural development strategy and the development plan of archival undertakings, and analyzes the five major development trends of archival undertakings in the post-epidemic era according to the changes in the environment and needs of archival undertakings in the post-epidemic era, combined with the requirements for the development of the archives governance system and the actual situation of archival undertakings: the improved development of the rule of law for archives, increasingly reasonable structure of archival resources, higher flexibility in archival service methods, professional and specialized practices in key archival undertakings, and regular international archival cooperation.
