网络环境下信息偶遇对档案利用服务的启示

摘要: 互联网背景下，用户在偶然状态下获取到“有用”或感兴趣的信息的几率越来越大，这种信息偶遇行为，也 有可能发生在档案信息的获取过程中。研究信息偶遇行为与理论，掌握用户信息行为的规律，对我国档案利用服务具有 一定的启示性，有助于提升我国档案利用服务质量。文章通过文献分析，对信息偶遇的理论基础及影响因素进行研究， 对促成档案信息偶遇的各环节与要素加以联结，探析档案信息偶遇的影响因素及促成方式，基于此，得出档案信息偶遇 对档案利用服务在如何营造信息偶遇环境、提高信息偶遇几率方面的启示。

Abstract: In the context of the Internet, users are increasingly likely to obtain "useful" or interesting information accidentally. This kind of information accidental behavior may also occur in the process of obtaining archival information. Studying the behaviors and theories of information encounters and mastering the rules of user information behaviors will provide certain enlightenment to Chinese archival utilization services, and help to improve the quality of Chinese archival utilization services. Through literature analysis, the article studies the theoretical basis and influencing factors of information encounter, connects the links and elements that contribute to archival information encounter, explores the influencing factors and ways of archival information encounter. Based on this, it draws inspiration from archival utilization service in how to create information encounter environment and improve the probability of information encounter.
