信息服务生态视角下图书馆虚拟数字人服务模式研究

摘要: [目的/意义]虚拟数字人技术的成熟为图书馆的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战，作为一种新型的行动主体，虚拟数字人将是图书馆在未来，特别是在元宇宙中开展服务所不可或缺的角色。文章以信息服务生态为视角，深入探讨元宇宙背景下图书馆虚拟数字人服务模式的构建和实施路径，为图书馆未来的服务建设提供一定的理论借鉴。[方法/过程]文章以信息生态和服务生态理论为基础，对图书馆虚拟数字人信息服务生态中的各要素进行系统性分析，并以此为基础构建图书馆虚拟数字人服务模式，进而从6个不同的维度对图书馆虚拟数字人服务模式的具体实施路径进行深入的探讨。[结果/结论]文章为图书馆开展虚拟数字人服务提供了新的理论框架和实践指导，明确了图书馆虚拟数字人服务中所涉及各要素的角色定位和作用，同时，也为后续的研究和实践提供了有益的参考和启示，有助于推动图书馆服务向更高层次发展。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The maturity of virtual digital human technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of libraries. As a new type of active entity, virtual digital humans will be an indispensable role for libraries in providing information services in the future, especially in the metaverse. This article, from the perspective of the information service ecosystem, deeply explores the construction and implementation path of the library’s virtual digital human service model under the background of the metaverse, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the future service construction of libraries. [Method/process] Based on the theories of information ecology and service ecology, this article conducts a systematic analysis of the various elements in the library’s virtual digital human information service ecosystem. Based on this analysis, a library virtual digital human information service model is constructed. Furthermore, the specific implementation path of this model is explored in-depth from six different dimensions. [Result/conclusion] This article provides a new theoretical framework and practical guidance for libraries to carry out virtual digital human services. It clarifies the role positioning and functions of various elements in libraries’ provision of virtual digital human services. At the same time, this article also provides useful references and insights for subsequent research and practice, contributing to the advancement of library information services to a higher level.
