新质生产力视域下智慧图书馆发展前景与路径探索

摘要: [目的/意义]新质生产力是我国实现高质量发展的重要支点，深刻理解新质生产力的科学内涵有助于推动智慧图书馆的高质量发展。[方法/过程]文章基于新质生产力的科学内涵，结合图书馆信息化进程，构建了由教育、科技、人才三要素构成的新质生产力支持体系，并分析讨论了三要素在智慧图书馆中的作用机制，最后从新质生产力的四个特征出发，探讨了智慧图书馆的发展路径。[结果/结论]智慧图书馆应以教育启蒙、技术创新、人才培养为基础支撑，以全面信息化、创新驱动、绿色发展、全球协同为导向，从多个发展维度探索高质量发展路径。

Abstract: Abstract: [Purpose/significance] New quality productivity is an important pivot for China to achieve high-quality development. A profound understanding of the scientific connotation of new quality productivity can help promote the high-quality development of smart libraries. [Method/process]Based on the scientific connotation of new quality productivity and combined with the informationization process of libraries, this article constructs a new quality productivity support system composed of education, technology, and talent, and analyzes and discusses the mechanism of the three elements in smart libraries. Finally, starting from the four characteristics of new quality productivity, the development path of smart libraries is explored. [Result/conclusion] Smart libraries should be supported by education enlightenment, technological innovation, and talent cultivation, guided by comprehensive informatization, innovation driven, green development, and global collaboration, and explore high-quality development paths from multiple development dimensions.
