乡村振兴背景下农村电商的发展策略研究

Development Strategies for Rural E-commerce under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略以来,党和各级政府多措并举助推农村电商发展,自此农村电商迅速崛起、蓬勃发展,成为中国农村经济发展中的新亮点。据统计,2014—2023年,农村网络零售额从1800亿元增长到2.5万亿元,增长了近13倍。安徽省巢湖市积极探索农村电商本土化发展路径,围绕农村电商提质增效,进一步激发农村电商新动能,为实施乡村振兴提供强大的“源动力”。本文建议通过挖掘地方特色资源、健全物流配送体系、提高品牌建设、农村电商人才培养以及健全金融服务体系等策略,促进巢湖市农村电商持续高效发展,以期助力巢湖市县域经济高质量发展。

Abstract: Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the Party and governments at all levels have taken multiple measures to promote the development of rural e-commerce. Since then, rural e-commerce has rapidly risen and flourished, becoming a new highlight in the development of China’s rural economy. Statistics show that from 2014 to 2023, rural online retail sales have increased from RMB 180 billion to RMB 2.5 trillion, nearly 13 times. Chaohu has actively explored the localized development path of rural e-commerce, focused on improving the quality and efficiency of rural e-commerce, further stimulating new momentum in rural e-commerce, and providing strong momentum for implementing rural revitalization. By tapping into local characteristic resources, improving the logistics distribution system, enhancing brand building, cultivating professionals in rural e-commerce, and improving the financial service system, Chaohu promotes the sustainable and efficient development of rural e-commerce, supporting the high-quality development of the county’s economy throughout its territory.
