哈萨克斯坦经济发展模式的演变

摘要: 本文全面回顾了哈萨克斯坦自苏联解体以来的经济发展历程，分析了其经济模式从计划经济向市场经济的转型，以及近年来从资源依赖型向多元化发展的转变。当前，哈萨克斯坦正面临国际商品价格波动、政治与经济稳定性相互作用以及可持续发展和环境保护的挑战。未来经济转型的方向在于推动从资源依赖到技术创新的转型，发展制造业和服务业，并增强国内消费以减少对外部市场的依赖。这些策略的实施有望提高国家的经济自主性和抵御外部风险的能力，为哈萨克斯坦带来长期稳定和繁荣。

Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive review of Kazakhstan's economic development since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and analyzes the transformation of its economic model from a planned economy to a market economy, and the transformation from resource dependence to diversified development in recent years. Currently, Kazakhstan grapples with challenges in international commodity price fl uctuations, the interaction between political and economic stability, as well as sustainable development and environmental protection. The roadmap for future economic
transformation entails transitioning from resource dependence to technological innovation, developing manufacturing and service industries, and enhancing domestic consumption to reduce dependence on external markets. By implementing these strategies, Kazakhstan is expected to fortify its economic sovereignty, and bolster its resilience against external risks, ushering in long-term stability and prosperity to the nation.
