乡村振兴战略背景下现代乡村物流发展对策研究

摘要: 现代乡村物流体系是乡村经济社会高质量发展不可或缺的重要组成部分，是实现乡村振兴战略的重要支撑力量。现代乡村物流的发展在助推乡村电商普及功能、助推乡村经济发展、助推农民收入增加、助推缩小城乡差距和助推共同富裕目标等方面发挥着重要作用。现代乡村物流的发展存在着基础工程单薄、人力资源短缺、数智技术较低和体系建构不完善诸多困境。为此，本文建议应在推进现代乡村物流发展的基础配套设施体系建设、人力资源建设、数智技术提升和体系建构完善等方面持续发力，推动乡村振兴战略目标早日实现。

Abstract: The modern rural logistics system is an indispensable part of the high-quality development of rural economy and society, and an important supporting force for realizing the rural revitalization strategy. The development of modern rural logistics plays an important role in promoting the popularization function of rural e-commerce, boosting the development of rural economy, increasing farmers' income, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and promoting the goal of common prosperity. The development of modern rural logistics faces numerous challenges, including weak infrastructure, a shortage of human resources, low levels of digital intelligence technology, and an incomplete system structure. To address these issues, this article suggests focusing on the continued improvement of foundational infrastructure, human resources development, enhancement of digital intelligence technology, and the completion of system construction. These eff orts are essential for accelerating the achievement of the rural revitalization strategic goals.
