跨境电商供应链金融风险防范研究

摘要: 随着信息科技的快速发展及应用的不断拓展，电商行业日益壮大，供应链的金融主体也产生了变化，已由传统的核心企业转变为跨境电商平台。在银行、跨境电商企业、融资企业组成的新型供应链金融模式下，各项金融服务依托信息技术支撑开展。然而，鉴于供应链的多主体性、多环节化等因素，跨境电商供应链所包含的风险分散性较强，尤其是在当前国际经济形势复杂多变的背景下，跨境电商供应链金融所面临的风险成倍增长。基于此，本文通过深入分析跨境电商供应链金融所隐藏的风险的成因，提出切实可行的防范策略，以期为加强跨境电商供应链金融风险管理贡献一份微薄之力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous expansion of application, the e-commerce industry is growing stronger, and the financial entities in the supply chain have transformed from traditional core enterprises to cross-border e-commerce platforms. Under the new supply chain finance model composed of banks, cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and financing enterprises, various financial services are supported by information technology. However, given the multiple entities and multiple links of the supply chain, cross-border e-commerce supply chains contain strong risk diversification. Especially in the current complex and ever-changing international economic situation, the risks faced by cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance are increasing exponentially. Based on this, through in-depth analysis of the causes of hidden risks in cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance, practical and feasible prevention strategies are proposed, so as to contribute to strengthening the risk management of cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance.
