新质生产力赋能生态文明建设:理论逻辑与实践路径

摘要: 新质生产力作为绿色生产力，区别于以资源消耗为主导的传统生产力。把握新质生产力的生态维度，推进生态文明建设。新质生产力符合新时代背景下生态文明发展的要求，以绿色发展为底色，具备高质和高效发展的特征，体现出创新协调的发展理念。新质生产力为生态文明建设提供强劲的动力。新质生产力系统的组成要素是处于发展变化的，即新质劳动资料的发展变革，新质劳动对象的拓展壮大，新质劳动者的技能提升。为实现新质生产力的发展，协同推进生态文明建设，本文提出四条实践路径：以体制和机制改革作为建设的抓手；以科技创新作为建设的引擎；以绿色产业作为建设的支撑；以科技人才作为建设的资源。

Abstract: As a green productive force, the new quality productive force is different from the traditional productive force which is dominated by resource consumption. Grasp the ecological dimension of new quality productive force and promote the construction of ecological civilization. The new quality productive force conforms to the requirements of ecological civilization development in the new era, takes green development as the background color, has the characteristics of high-quality and efficient development, and reflects the concept of innovative and coordinated development. New quality productive forces provide a strong driving force for the construction of ecological civilization. The constituent elements of the new quality productive force system are in the process of development and change, that is, the development and change of the new quality labor means, the expansion and expansion of the new quality labor objects, and the improvement of the skills of the new quality workers. In order to realize the development of new quality productive forces, four practical approaches are proposed to promote the construction of ecological civilization in coordination: the reform of system and mechanism is the starting point of the construction; Take scientific and technological innovation as the engine of construction; Take green industry as the support of construction; Take scientific and technological talents as resources for construction.
