摘要: 改革开放以来，我国经济取得显著成就，但不可忽视地是经济快速发展背后的资源消耗、环境污染已成为制约经济发展的重要因素。因此，为推动我国经济可持续发展，转变产业模式、加快产业结构升级已迫在眉睫。金融行业发展绿色金融、调整市场资本配置方式、引导新兴产业快速发展是推动我国金融产业技术革新和产业结构升级的关键因素。基于此，全面探索绿色金融对产业结构升级的作用机制和影响，已成为推动生态环境保护、实现经济可持续发展的深层需要和必然要求。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China has achieved remarkable economic accomplishments. However, it is undeniable that the rapid economic development has led to significant resource consumption and environmental pollution, which have become important constraints on further economic growth. To promote sustainable economic growth, it is imperative to transform industrial models and accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure. In the financial sector, developing green finance, adjusting market capital allocation methods, and guiding the rapid growth of emerging industries are crucial for fostering technological innovation and upgrading the industrial structure. Therefore, comprehensively exploring the mechanisms and impacts of green finance on industrial structure upgrading is essential for promoting ecological environment protection and achieving sustainable economic development.
