数字劳动融合-农民工城市化进程中的新路径

摘要: 随着数字技术的快速发展，数字鸿沟问题在全球范围内引起了广泛关注。在我国，农民工作为城市化进程中的重要组成部分，其数字劳动的融合与城市化发展紧密相连。在探讨农民工如何通过数字劳动跨越数字鸿沟，并实现与城市化的协同演进中，首先界定了数字鸿沟的概念，并分析了农民工在城市化中的多重角色，揭示了数字劳动对农民工带来的新机遇和挑战。该研究采用定性研究方法，结合案例分析，深入探讨了农民工的数字适应性及其在城市化过程中的适应策略。研究发现，虽然农民工在数字技能和信息获取上存在不足，但数字劳动的兴起为他们提供了新的就业机会和职业发展路径。最后提出了促进农民工数字劳动与城市化协同演进的政策建议，旨在为相关政策制定者和实践者提供参考。
 

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, the issue of the digital divide has garnered widespread attention globally. In our country, migrant workers, as an integral part of the urbanization process, are closely linked with the integration of digital labor and urban development. In exploring how migrant workers can bridge the digital divide through digital labor and achieve synergistic evolution with urbanization, this study first defines the concept of the digital divide and analyzes the multifaceted roles of migrant workers in urbanization, revealing the new opportunities and challenges brought by digital labor to migrant workers. Employing a qualitative research method, combined with case studies, the research delves deeply into the digital adaptability of migrant workers and their adaptive strategies in the urbanization process. The findings indicate that although migrant workers face deficiencies in digital skills and information access, the rise of digital labor offers them new employment opportunities and career development paths. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed to promote the synergistic evolution of migrant workers’ digital labor and urbanization, aiming to provide reference for policymakers and practitioners.
