Innovative Development Mechanism and Optimization Strategies of New Energy Industry in Jiangsu Province
摘要: 江苏省近几年新能源领域政策密集发布,光伏产业已成为江苏优势产业,新型储能和氢能产业被省政策确立为成长型未来产业。政策的持续支持及新能源产业快速发展带动产品技术性能不断提升,然而行业发展中普遍存在市场赛道拥挤、利润空间收窄、技术迭代快速、监管和技术标准不健全等压力,已实现较高国际化程度的产品还面临贸易保护主义等压力。本文主要探究江苏省光伏、新型储能、氢能产业发展现状、技术趋势和主要挑战,汇总新能源产业创新发展总体机制。在此基础上,文章建议相关部门从加强顶层设计、推动行业有序发展、布局更具成长性的前沿技术、拓展新能源产品应用场景、健全市场化能源交易机制、完善监管和技术标准等方面对新能源产业不同领域给予针对性支持。
Abstract: Jiangsu Province has implemented numerous policies to promote new energy, resulting in the photovoltaic industry becoming a leading sector. Additionally, new energy storage and hydrogen energy industries have been identified as growth-oriented future industries by provincial policies. Continuous policy support and rapid development in the new energy sector have led to significant improvements in product technical performance. However, the industry faces pressures such as crowded markets, narrow profit margins, rapid technological advancements, and inadequate
regulatory and technical standards. Highly internationalized products are also encountering trade protectionism and related challenges. This paper explores the development status, technological trends, and main challenges of the photovoltaic, new energy storage, and hydrogen energy industries in Jiangsu Province. It summarizes the overall mechanism of innovative development in the new energy industry and recommends that governmental authorities provide targeted support to different sectors. This support should include strengthening top-level planning, promoting orderly industry development, supporting cutting-edge technologies with high growth potential, expanding the application of new energy products, improving market-oriented energy trading mechanisms, and enhancing regulatory and technical standards.
