利用产业结构相似系数分析产业结构合理性——以黑龙江为例

摘要: 黑龙江省作为国家粮仓和东北振兴的核心力量，经济发展却因各种原因而显现缓降趋势。黑龙江省各市经济发展不平衡可能会对黑龙江省整体经济的稳健发展产生影响。这种不平衡主要体现在资源分配不均、产业结构不合理、经济发展速度差异等方面，从而影响整个省份的经济稳定和可持续发展。文章通过计算产业结构相似系数对黑龙江省13个地区的产业聚集程度和产业结构趋势同化进行测度，从而对黑龙江省各地区的产业结构合理性提出科学的优化升级路径建议，以供参考。

Abstract: As a national granary and the core driving force of revitalization of the northeast region, Heilongjiang Province’s economic development has shown a slow decline trend due to various reasons. The uneven economic development of various cities in Heilongjiang Province may have an impact on the overall stable development of the province’s economy. This imbalance is mainly manifested in the uneven resource allocation, irrational industrial structure, and diff erences in economic development speed, thus aff ecting the economic stability and sustainable development of the entire province. By calculating the similarity coeffi cient of industrial structure, the paper measures the degree of industrial agglomeration and trend assimilation of industrial structure in 13 regions of Heilongjiang Province in order to explore the rationality of the industrial structure in the various areas of Heilongjiang Province and provide scientifi c suggestions for the optimization and upgrading path of the industrial structure.
