Educator’s Spirit Leads Vocational Education Teachers’ Innovation Team Building
摘要: 构建职业教育教师教学创新团队是实现终身学习理念的关键举措,也是当前职业教育质量提升和优化的重要途径。在终身学习的视域下,教师教学创新团队不仅是传道授业解惑之经师,更是求真向善尚美之人师,同时也是启思导学笃行之匠师。基于团队的多元化和复合型角色定位,教师教学创新团队的建构应遵循“知识共享,智慧共生”、“团队协作,共同进步”、“创新引领,实践导向”、“以人为本,全面发展”、“价值引领,使命驱动”核心理念,以资源开发整合、强化沟通协作、完善协同培养、创新多元评价以及完善绩效激励为发展路径,从而培育一支充满活力、持续成长、适应未来教育需求的教师教学创新团队。
Abstract: The construction of teaching innovation team for vocational education teachers is a key measure to realise the concept of lifelong learning, and also an important way to improve and optimise the quality of vocational education. In the perspective of lifelong learning, the teacher teaching innovation team is not only a teacher of teaching, but also a teacher of seeking truth, goodness and beauty, as well as a teacher of enlightened thinking, learning and action. Based on the team’s diversified and composite role positioning, the construction of the teacher teaching innovation team should follow the principles of ‘knowledge sharing, wisdom coexistence’, ‘teamwork, common progress’, ‘innovation leadership, practice-oriented ‘people-oriented, comprehensive development’, “value-led, mission-driven” core concepts, the development and integration of resources, strengthened communication and collaboration, improve collaborative training, innovative and diversified evaluation, and improve performance incentives as the development path, so as to cultivate a vibrant and dynamic teaching team.
