内陆型自贸试验区的创新发展对策研究

摘要: 内陆型自贸试验区的建设不仅有利于国家中心城市群的发展建设，还能够为其注入新的经济发展基础。本文采用内容分析法，对自贸试验区的四批“最佳实践案例”深度分析。从自贸试验区类型来看，沿海型自贸试验区的案例数量是内陆型自贸试验区的两倍，沿边型自贸试验区的案例数量最少。本文进一步梳理不同案例的主题和创新领域，从扩大开放水平、深化制度改革、推动产业发展、服务国家战略四个方面探讨内陆型自贸试验区的创新特点。本研究的开展旨在揭示自贸试验区的创新发展内涵，为内陆型自贸试验区的创新发展提供促进建议，以供参考。

Abstract: The construction of inland free trade zones is conducive to the development and construction of national central urban agglomerations, and can also inject new economic development foundations into them. This study adopts the content analysis method to conduct in-depth analysis of four batches of “best practical cases” in the pilot free trade zone. From the perspective of the types of free trade pilot zones, the number of cases in coastal free trade pilot zones is twice that of inland free trade pilot zones, while the number of cases in border free trade pilot zones is the lowest. This paper will further sort out the themes and innovative areas of diff erent cases and explore the innovative characteristics of inland free trade pilot zones from four aspects: expanding the level of openness, deepening institutional reform, promoting industrial development, and serving national strategies. The purpose of this study is to reveal the connotation of the innovation-based development in pilot free trade zones and provide reference for promoting the innovative development of inland pilot free trade zones.
