Application of big data in risk prevention and control of cross-border capital fl ows between China and ASEAN
摘要: 本文研究了大数据技术在中国-东盟跨境资本流动风险防控中的应用,探讨了如何通过数据收集与整合、风险监测与预警系统、风险分析与评估、风险控制与缓释等环节提高风险管理效率。首先,本文介绍了跨境资本流动的现状及其带来的风险,强调大数据技术在风险防控中的潜力。其次,详细分析了大数据技术在跨境资本流动风险防控中的具体应用方法,包括多源数据获取、实时监测和智能预警等技术手段。最后,本文提出了推动大数据在风险防控应用中的对策建议,强调构建高效的数据共享平台、提升数据分析技术的创新能力、强化数据驱动的风险预警机制以及推动跨区域数据合作与整合的重要性,为政策制定和金融实践提供了有力支持,助力中国与东盟经济的稳定与可持续发展。
Abstract: This paper studies the application of big data technology in the risk prevention and control of cross-border capital flows between China and ASEAN, and discusses how to improve the efficiency of risk management through data collection and integration, risk monitoring and early warning system, risk analysis and assessment, risk control and mitigation. First, this paper introduces the current situation of cross-border capital flows and the risks it brings, emphasizing the potential of big data technology in risk prevention and control. Then, the specifi c application methods of big data technology in cross-border capital fl ow risk prevention and control are analyzed in detail, including multi-source data acquisition, real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the application of big data in risk prevention and control, emphasizing the importance of building an effi cient data sharing platform, improving the innovation ability of data analysis technology, strengthening the datadriven risk early warning mechanism, and promoting cross-regional data cooperation and integration, which provides strong support for policy formulation and fi nancial practice.
