全面推进数据要素改革，助力新质生产力赋能能源行业

摘要: 全面推进数据要素改革是培育新质生产力的关键，也是赋能能源行业转型升级的必经之路，为推动能源结构的绿色转型、构建清洁、低碳、安全、高效的能源体系提供支撑。文章从“数据要素-新质生产力”与“新质生产力-能源行业”两方面出发，分析推进数据要素改革的重要性和必要性，并结合具体前沿技术案例对能源行业数字化、智能化发展进行分析，阐述如何通过新质生产力整合和优化能源行业资源，提高决策效率和运营效能。据此，本文以数据要素改革为切入点，对赋能能源行业发展提出相关建议，以供参考。

Abstract: Comprehensively advancing the digital reform is the key to nurturing new quality productive forces and the inevitable path to enabling the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry. It assists in promoting the green transformation of the energy structure and building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system. This article analyzes the importance and necessity of advancing the digital reform from two aspects: “data elements-new quality productive force” and “new quality productive forces-energy industry”. It also analyzes the digital and intelligent development of the energy industry through specific cutting-edge technology cases, elucidating how to integrate and optimize energy industry resources through new quality productive forces, thereby improving decision-making effi ciency and operational eff ectiveness. Based on this analysis, the paper off ers relevant suggestions for empowering the development of the energy industry, serving as a reference for future initiatives.
