自贸区视角下跨境电商赋能山东民营企业转型升级的路径研究

摘要: 本文基于自贸区背景下跨境电商对山东民营企业转型升级的促进作用进行研究，并提出针对性的发展策略。本文综合运用文献综述、案例分析和政策解读等方法，分析了民营企业在跨境电商发展中的挑战与机遇。结果表明，跨境电商有助于企业规避贸易壁垒、降低成本、促进产品创新与品牌国际化。据此，本文建议创新服务模式、完善政策规则、促进市场对接、优化物流通关、加强人才培养，以支持山东民营企业的高质量发展。

Abstract: This article explores the role of cross-border e-commerce in promoting the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in Shandong within the context of free trade zones and proposes targeted development strategies. Through a combination of literature review, case analysis, and policy interpretation, the article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by private enterprises in the development of cross-border e-commerce. The results indicate that cross-border e-commerce helps companies navigate trade barriers, reduce costs, and facilitate product innovation and international branding. Based on this, the article suggests innovating service models, improving policy regulations, facilitating market connections, optimizing logistics and customs clearance, and enhancing talent development to support the high-quality development of private enterprises in Shandong.
