数智赋能对企业创新质效的作用机制研究

摘要: 随着数智技术平台和实体经济的深度融合，企业创新能力逐渐增强，数智赋能为国家创新能力的提升增添了新动能。本文以2016—2021年的沪深两市A股上市公司为样本，采用固定效应回归法，研究数智赋能对企业创新质量和效率的影响及其作用机制。研究表明，数智赋能可以分别提高企业创新的质量和效率，资源整合效率在其中发挥着中介作用。异质性分析表明，国有企业进行数智赋能更侧重于对创新质量的提升，而非国有企业进行数智赋能则更偏重于对创新效率的提升。基于此，本文建议政府应建立健全的政策支持体系，企业应加大对人财物的投入，抓住数字转型机遇，实现高质量发展。

Abstract: The integration of digital and intelligent technology platforms and the real economy has been enhancing corporate innovation capabilities, adding new momentum to the national innovation capacity. This study uses a sample of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2016 to 2021, and employs a fi xed-eff ects regression model to examine the infl uence of digital and intelligent empowerment on the quality and effi ciency of corporate innovation and the impact mechanism. The fi ndings indicate that digital and intelligent empowerment can improve the quality and effi ciency of enterprise innovation respectively, and the effi ciency of resource integration plays an intermediary role in the process. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the digital and intelligent empowerment of state owned enterprises focuses more on improving the quality of innovation, while that of non-state-owned enterprises on improving the effi ciency of innovation. Based on this, this paper suggests that the government should establish a sound policy support system, and enterprises should increase investment in personnel, funds and property, seize the opportunity of digital transformation, and achieve high-quality development.
