中华文明和平性的思想特点及其当代呈现

摘要: 中华文明突出的和平性根植于中国传统哲学与文化当中，并体现在中华文化的方方面面。中国哲学认为宇宙是和谐的统一体，这是中华文明和平性的本体论依据。中国哲学与中华文化崇尚的“和”是一体多面的，涵盖了个人、社会、自然以及天下，最终的理想是致太平，可见中华文化的各个方面都可以在和平、和谐思想观念之下统一起来。中国哲学主张“和而不同”，根本原因在于“和实生物”，“和”是有生命力的。中华文明所具有的和平性不但是中华文明生生不已的内在动因，同时也决定了在建设中华民族现代文明的过程中必然走和平发展道路，必然要赓续中华优秀传统文化。

Abstract: Peace, as a prominent attribute of Chinese civilization, is deeply rooted in traditional Chinese philosophy and permeates various aspects of Chinese culture. Chinese philosophy conceptualizes the universe as a harmonious unity, thereby providing an ontological basis for peace in Chinese civilization. The Chinese philosophical and cultural emphasis on “harmony” involves individuals, society, nature, and the world, whose ultimate ideal is the attainment of universal peace. The notion of “peaceful but not homogenous” reflects the vitality of peace in Chinese philosophy. Peace does not only promote the continuous development of Chinese civilization but also dictate a path of peaceful development for China in constructing its modern civilization and inheriting the essence of Chinese traditional culture.
