高质量落实校本课程的区域治理逻辑和实践生效原理——以甘肃省会宁县为例

摘要: 校本课程是中小学课程体系的重要组成部分,应发挥协同育人功能,以促进学生的多样性学习、多元化发展与多通道成才。县级教育管理部门加强校本课程监管,应从“为党育人、为国育才”的认知高度和利于学生发展核心素养的行为准度,主动担当、创新履职,通过政策向导、资源调度与共享机制,引领学校聚焦“发展素质教育”,高质量落实校本课程,促成学校课程结构的完整性,增强课程适应度,使学校育人思想、教师育人观念和学生成长内涵体现时代进步的不同旋律,推动区域教育发展融入我国教育现代化进程。

Abstract: School-based curriculum is an important part of the curriculum system in primary and secondary schools. It should play a cooperative role to promote students’ diverse learning, diversified development and multi-channel talents. In order to strengthen the supervision of school-based curriculum, the county-level educational administration departments should take the initiative to fulfill their duties from the cognitive height of“Educating people for the party and for the country” and the standard of conduct that is beneficial to the development of students’ core literacy, through policy guidance, resource allocation and sharing mechanism, leading schools to focus on“Developing quality education”, implementing school-based curriculum with high quality, promoting the integrity of school curriculum structure and enhancing curriculum adaptability, the school education thought, the teacher education idea and the student growth connotation reflect the times progress different melody, impels the region education development to merge into our country education modernization process.
