Visual Anthropology Studies Strengthening The Awareness of The Chinese National Community:Necessity, Advantages, and Approaches
摘要: 作为民族学的分支学科,影视人类学在不同时期的理论与影片创作实践始终与其母体学科民族学命运、中国社会文化的变迁,以及中国经济发展动态紧密相连。从新中国成立初期的《少数民族社会历史科学纪录电影》(1957-1980年)到最近的《中国节日影像志》(2010—)等国家主导的重大项目,体现着影视人类学与国家重大民族和文化政策之间的紧密互动。本文认为,在新时代,影视人类学应该传承优良传统,立足于自身学科优势,从影像叙述民族团结的共时的自在维度、共时的自觉维度和历时维度,记录、呈现、阐释、传播和保存中华民族优秀传统文化和相互间兄弟般关系的历史与现实,并以此研究和参与铸牢中华民族共同体意识实践。
Abstract: As a branch of ethnology, the theory and film creation practice of film anthropology in different periods have always been closely linked to the fate of its parent discipline, ethnology, the changes in Chinese social culture, and the dynamics of China’s economic development.From the major projects led by the state, such as the "Scientific Record Film of Social History of Ethnic Minorities" (1957-1980) in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the recent "Image Chronicle of Chinese Festivals" (2010-), it reflects the close interaction between film anthropology and major national and cultural policies.This article argues that in the new era, film and television anthropology should inherit the fine traditions, based on its own disciplinary advantages, from the synchronic dimension of self-awareness, the synchronic dimension of consciousness, and the diachronic dimension of image narration of national unity, to record, present, interpret, disseminate, and preserve the history and reality of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and the brotherly relationship between them, and use this to study and participate in the practice of forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.
