Creating Local Knowledge: The Fujian Experience of Precision Reform of Research and Training for Rural early childhood education (ECE) Teachers
摘要: 近年来,地方性知识(Local knowledge)成为农村教师专业发展与培训中的一个新视角,为重塑乡村文化自信,培训农村幼儿教师使之成为农村幼教地方性知识的创生者是农村幼儿教师培训研训精准化改革的应有之义。福建省幼儿教师培训中心通过13年的探索实践,创建了“诊断干预式研训精准帮扶体系”,包括“县-片-乡”三级嵌套工作坊研训机制、诊断干预式研训模式、农村园保教质量自评诊断与研训工具,使农村园研训精准服务于保教质量提升,实现了通过研训创生农村幼教地方性知识的理论设想。
Abstract: In recent years, local knowledge has become a new perspective in rural teachers’ professional development and training, and to reshape the cultural confidence of the countryside, training rural ECE teachers to become creators of local knowledge in rural ECE is the proper meaning of the reform of the precision of rural ECE teachers’ training. Through 13 years of exploration and practice, the Fujian Preschool Teacher Training Center has created a "Diagnostic Intervention Research and Training Precision Support System" consisting of research and training mechanisms and modes and tools and realized the theoretical concept of creating local knowledge of rural ECE through research and training.
