习近平文化思想的逻辑进路:哲学前提、理论图谱与现实价值

摘要: 习近平文化思想在逻辑结构上,是以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为理论前提的。马克思在物质决定意识、社会存在决定社会意识的本体论的基础上,指出文化是由“现实的个人”的实践所塑造的,而文化的形成与发展又会对实践产生反作用,并对个人、社会、国家构成重要影响。习近平坚持马克思主义关于文化问题的观点、立场和方法,重视“现实的个人”的实践,形成了其文化思想的哲学前提,进而在把握文化形成与发展规律的基础上,指出文化的价值追求在于实现人的全面发展。在当前建设中国特色社会主义文化强国的进程中,习近平文化思想在文化发展的基本原则、发展保障、发展方式、发展使命、发展动力等方面不断彰显马克思主义文化观的现实价值,为建设中国特色社会主义文化强国提供了正确的、科学的路径。

Abstract: The logical structure of Xi Jinping’s thought of culture is based on the premise of dialectical and historical materialism of Marxism. On the basis of the ontology that material determines consciousness and social existence determines social consciousness, Marx points out that culture is shaped by the practice of “real individuals”, and the formation and development of culture will have a negative impact on practice and have an important impact on individuals, society, and the country. Xi Jinping adheres to Marxist views, positions, and methods on cultural issues, attaches importance to the practice of the “real individual”, and forms the philosophical premise of his cultural thought. Based on grasping the laws of cultural formation and development, he points out that the value pursuit of culture lies in achieving comprehensive human development. In the current process of building a socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping’s thought of culture continuously demonstrates the practical value of Marxist cultural views in the basic principles, development guarantees, development methods, development missions, and development dynamics of cultural development, providing a correct and scientific path for building a socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics.
