论纪检监察理论学科的体系结构与基本内容

摘要: 纪检监察理论学科植根于全面从严治党和权力监督制约以及纪检监察体制改革的丰富实践。其逻辑体系在总体架构上体现为：纪检监察的理论之基--中国化时代化的马克思主义、当代中国马克思权力监督理论、习近平党的建设重要思想、党的自我革命的重要思想。纪检监察的理论之要--全面从严治党之基本理论、习近平法治思想之监察要论、党和国家监督体系的基本理论、一体推进‘三不腐’的基本理论。纪检监察的理论之源-中国古代传统优秀文化、中国古代监察制度、中华民国与苏维埃监察制度、域外各国及地区监察制度、现代纪检监察制度。纪检监察的理论之本--精准把握纪检监察法律法规、高质效开展监督检查审查调查、全面推动巡视巡察走深走实、深入推进廉政建设和腐败治理、深化反腐败国际合作与腐败治理。在这一总体架构内，确定各构成要素的基本内容，并按照内在逻辑铺陈展开，形成中国特色纪检监察理论体系。

Abstract: The discipline of discipline inspection and supervision theory is rooted in the rich practice of an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline, power supervision and restriction and reform of discipline inspection and supervision system. The logical system is embodied in the overall architecture as follows: The Theoretical Base of Discipline Inspection and Supervision.The key of discipline inspection and supervision theory: an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline’s basic theory, Xi Jinping’s supervision theory of rule of law, the basic theory of Party and state supervision system, and the basic theory of promoting "three non-corrupts" in one. The theoretical source of discipline inspection and supervision: ancient Chinese traditional culture, ancient Chinese supervision system, Republic of China and Soviet supervision system, foreign countries and regions supervision system, modern discipline inspection and supervision system. The Theoretical Foundation of Discipline Inspection and Supervision -- Accurately grasping the laws and regulations of discipline inspection and supervision, carrying out supervision and inspection investigations with high quality and efficiency, comprehensively promoting inspection and inspection to be in-depth and practical, deeply promoting the building of a clean government and the management of corruption, and deepening international cooperation against corruption. Within this overall framework, the basic contents of each component element are determined, and the theoretical system of discipline inspection and supervision with Chinese characteristics is formed.
