论全体人民共同富裕对马克思平等思想的守正创新

摘要: 全体人民共同富裕作为维护和发展社会主义平等的重大战略，其定位、部署与举措集中彰显出新时代中国共产党人对马克思平等思想的守正创新。在战略定位上，新时代中国共产党人将全体人民共同富裕确认为推动经济社会发展的根本目标、夯实长期执政基础的关键举措以及中国式现代化的重要特征，实现了对马克思平等追求的创新性表述；在战略部署上，新时代中国共产党人在全体人民共同富裕与平均主义间划清界限，将经济、政治、社会、生态、文化平等系统纳入全体人民共同富裕内涵，并坚持从实际出发制定阶段目标，赋予马克思平等理想以时代意蕴；在战略举措上，新时代中国共产党人将坚持与完善社会主义基本经济制度作为实现全体人民共同富裕的根本保障，关注科学技术的积极作用，尊重人民群众主体地位，并提出完善分配制度，在高质量发展中促进共同富裕，激发劳动热情、保障劳动权利等具体方法，拓宽马克思平等思想方法论维度。由此可见，全体人民共同富裕是马克思平等思想中国化时代化的重要成果，是新时代中国共产党人对“开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界”这一历史重任的自觉回应。

Abstract: As a major strategy to maintain and develop socialist equality, Common prosperity for everyone , its positioning, deployment and measures focus on demonstrating the Chinese Communists’adherence to Marx’s thought of equality in the new era. In terms of strategic positioning, Chinese Communists in the new era have identified common prosperity for all the people as the fundamental goal of promoting economic and social development, a key measure to consolidate the foundation of long-term governance, and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization, and realized the innovative expression of Marx’s pursuit of equality. In terms of strategic planning, Chinese Communists in the new era drew a clear line between common prosperity for all people and egalitarianism, incorporated the system of economic, political, social, ecological and cultural equality into the connotation of common prosperity for all people, and insisted on formulating stage goals from the actual situation, giving Marx’s ideal of equality the meaning of The Times. In terms of strategic measures, Chinese Communists in the new era will adhere to and improve the basic socialist economic system as the fundamental guarantee for the realization of common prosperity for all the people, pay attention to the positive role of science and technology, respect the principal position of the people, and propose specific measures to improve the distribution system, promote common prosperity through high-quality development, stimulate enthusiasm for labor, and protect labor rights. Broaden the methodological dimension of Marx’s equality thought. It can be seen that the common prosperity of all the people is an important achievement of the Chinese modernization of Marx’s equality thought, and it is the conscious response of Chinese Communists in the new era to the historical task of ‘opening up a new realm of the Chinese modernization of Marxism’.
