数字经济促进我国经济高质量发展研究

摘要: 近年来，数字经济通过不断升级的网络基础设施和智能机等信息工具，加速了数字技术和数字要素向更深层次、更广领域的渗透与融合，推动着经济形态由传统工业经济向智慧经济的转变，从而带来了整个经济运行模式的深刻变革，促进了我国经济高质量发展。党的二十大报告明确提出，要加快数字经济的发展步伐，促进数字经济与实体经济深度融合，打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业。本文将从以下三个重要方面探讨数字经济的作用：促进中国服务业结构升级、推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型、促进数字经济与实体经济的有机融合，并结合其作用提出相应举措，以供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, the digital economy has accelerated the penetration and integration of digital technology and digital elements into deeper and broader fields through continuously upgrading network infrastructure and intelligent machines and other information tools, promoting the transformation of economic form from traditional industrial economy to smart economy, and thus bringing profound changes to the entire economic operation mode, promoting high-quality development of China’s economy. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to accelerate the development of the digital economy, promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and create a digital industry with international competitiveness. This paper explores the role of the digital economy from the following three important aspects: promoting the upgrading of China’s service industry structure, boosting comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, enhancing the organic integration of the digital economy and the real economy. Additionally, the paper proposes corresponding measures based on the role.
