Research on the Optimization of E-commerce Marketing Paths under the Perspective of Big Data

摘要: 随着大数据技术的迅猛发展和应用,企业可以利用大数据技术,实现精准营销、优化用户体验、预测市场趋势、加强风险管理。与此同时,大数据技术在电子商务营销中也存在数据隐私和安全问题、数据质量与准确性挑战、技术与人才局限,以及个性化营销与用户体验的平衡等现实困境。因此,企业应探索建立健全数据治理体系、加强数据分析能力、优化个性化营销策略和强化客户体验与互动等优化路径,以期更有效地利用大数据技术,提升营销效率和效果,同时保护消费者隐私,提高用户满意度。

Abstract: With the rapid development and application of big data technology, enterprises can use big data to achieve precise marketing, optimize user experiences, predict market trends, and strengthen risk management. At the same time, the application of big data in e-commerce marketing also faces challenges such as data privacy and security issues, data quality and accuracy, technological and talent limitations, and balancing personalized marketing with user experience. Therefore, enterprises should explore establishing a robust data governance system, enhance data analysis capabilities, optimize personalized marketing strategies, and strengthen customer experience and interaction to more effectively utilize big data technology, improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, while protecting consumer privacy and enhancing user satisfaction.
