“开放是中国式现代化的鲜明标识”的世界历史意蕴

摘要: 党的二十届三中全会提出的“开放是中国式现代化的鲜明标识”具有深厚的世界历史意蕴。其一，这一论断是对以融入世界历史开辟中国式现代化基本方法的总结提炼。在对外开放中积极融入世界历史是人类社会历史发展的普遍规律，是中国大踏步赶上时代，走上现代化道路的必然选择。其二，这一论断是对中国式现代化走和平发展道路，从而世界历史性地超越资本主义现代化的深刻表述。中国式现代化将互利共赢作为开放的出发点与落脚点，凸显出走和平发展道路的本质特征，实现了对奉霸权思维和丛林法则为圭臬的资本主义现代化的超越，有力形塑了世界历史的前进方向。其三，这一论断包含以中国式现代化推动构建人类命运共同体的实践指向。中国式现代化在开放过程中主张合作共享，提倡共同发展，积极促进国际合作，拓宽世界各国共同利益，为构建人类命运共同体奠定了坚实基础。综上所述，“开放是中国式现代化的鲜明标识”旗帜鲜明地表达了中国在融入世界历史中开辟中国式现代化，在推进中国式现代化过程中推动乃至引领世界历史发展的决心与信心，具有深厚的世界历史意蕴。

Abstract: The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made ‘Opening up is a defining feature of Chinese modernization’ has profound world historical implication. First, this statement is a summary of the practical experience of Chinese modernization. Actively integrating the world history in the opening up is the inevitable choice and basic method to open up the Chinese modernization, which conforms to the universal law of the historical development of human society. Second, this statement is a profound expression of the essential characteristics of Chinese modernization. Chinese modernization takes mutual benefit and win-win as the starting point and goal of opening up, highlights the essential characteristics of leaving the road of peaceful development, and realizes the transcendence of capitalist modernization which is based on hegemonic thinking and the law of the jungle.It has profoundly influenced the development trend of world history. Third, this statement contains the practical direction of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind with Chinese-style modernization. In the process of opening up, the Chinese style of modernization advocates cooperation and sharing, advocates common development, actively promotes international cooperation, expands the common interests of all countries in the world, and lays a solid foundation for building a community with a shared future for mankind. To sum up, ‘Opening up is a defining feature of Chinese modernization’ clearly expresses China’s determination and confidence to open up Chinese modernization in the process of integrating into world history, and to promote and even lead the development of world history in the process of promoting Chinese modernization, which has profound world historical implications.
