数字经济引领产业结构升级：基于实证分析的探索与评估

摘要: 随着信息技术与通信技术的快速发展，数字经济逐渐崛起并在国民经济中扮演着重要角色，成为推动产业结构升级的重要力量。本文基于2012—2022年的省级面板数据，利用计量经济学方法进行了实证分析。本文通过模型设定、数据来源和变量选取等步骤，得出了显著的实证分析结果。其中，本文发现数字经济发展水平与产业结构呈正相关关系，表明数字经济的发展在推动产业结构升级方面具有重要作用。此外，本文还发现城镇化水平的提高也对产业结构升级产生积极影响。然而，就业人数的增加对产业结构存在负向影响，可能是由于就业增长主要集中于第一产业和第二产业，而第三产业受益较少。本文根据研究结论提出相关的政策建议，为促进数字经济引领产业结构升级，建议加强数字经济发展，优化产业结构布局，推动城镇化进程，实现我国经济高质量发展推进现代化产业体系的建立。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, the digital economy has gradually risen and plays an important role in the national economy, and has become an important force to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022, this paper conducts an empirical analysis using econometric methods. This paper follows the steps of model setting, data sourcing, and variable selection. The results indicate that the development level of digital economy is positively correlated with the industrial structure, suggesting that digital economy signifi cantly promotes the upgrading of industrial structure. In addition, this paper finds that improvements of urbanization level also positively impact on the upgrading of industrial structure. However, the increase in employment has a negative impact on the industrial structure, likely because employment growth is mainly concentrated in the primary and secondary industries, with the tertiary industry benefi ting less. Based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions. In order to promote the digital economy’s role in leading industrial structure upgrading, the paper suggests strengthening the development of digital economy, optimizing industrial structure layout, promoting urbanization, and achieving high-quality economic development in China to establish a modern industrial system.
