制造型企业服务转型背景下全域数字化服务场景创新研究——以格力电器为案例

Research on Whole-fi eld Digital Service Scenario Innovation within the Context of Service Transformation in Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要: 传统制造型企业在应用数字技术创新服务场景中,面临技术应用不到位、技术与服务场景融合不足以及难以监测全服务周期的突出问题。通过文献梳理,本文基于全域营销、数字化赋能及服务场景创新相关理论,构建制造型企业全域数字化服务场景创新模型,提出创新策略与路径,最后通过案例研究,为企业实现数字化服务场景的更新与迭代,驱动商业价值创造提供实践建议与参考。

Abstract: Traditional manufacturing enterprises encounter prominent challenges when applying digital technology to innovation service scenarios, such as inadequate technology application, insuffi cient integration of technology with service scenarios, and difficulties in monitoring the whole service lifecycle. According to literature review, based on theories related to whole-fi eld marketing, digital empowerment and service scenario innovation, this paper constructs a whole-fi eld digital service scenario innovation model tailored for manufacturing enterprises, proposing innovation strategies and paths and fi nally providing practical suggestions and references for enterprises to update and iteratively improve their digital service scenarios and drive business value creation through case studies.
