东盟数字经济发展现状、因素及举措

摘要: 当前，数字技术已经辐射到经济社会各领域，成为引领科技革命和产业变革的中坚力量。全球数字经济发展成效显著，东盟作为拥有重要地缘政治和地缘经济关系地区，应加快发展数字经济。虽然东盟域内各国数字经济发展水平差异较大，整体仍处于初级水平，但其发展势头强劲、潜力较大。基于东盟数字经济发展现状，本文提出应从数字基础设施、网络安全制度、数字人才队伍建设和数字贸易便利化和监管体系四方面为抓手，全力推动东盟数字经济的发展。

Abstract: In the contemporary era, digital technology has permeated all sectors of the economy and society, becoming a pivotal force in driving technological revolution and industrial transformation. The global digital economy has achieved remarkable results, and ASEAN, as a region with signifi cant geopolitical and geo-economic relations, should accelerate its digital economy development. Although the levels of digital economy development vary widely among ASEAN countries, with most still at a nascent stage, the growth momentum is strong and the potential is substantial. Based
on the current state of digital economy development in ASEAN, this article suggests that eff orts should focus on four key areas: digital infrastructure, cybersecurity regulations, the development of a digital talent pool, and the facilitation and regulatory framework of digital trade, to vigorously promote the development of the digital economy in ASEAN.
