数字化转型与组织韧性对“专精特新”企业创新绩效的组态研究

A Confi guration Study of Digital Transformation and Organizational Resilience on the Innovation Performance of “SRDI” Enterprises

摘要: “专精特新”企业如何提升创新绩效是实施创新驱动战略进而实现高质量发展的重要问题。本文采用fsQCA方法,从组态视角探究数字化转型与组织韧性多维度变量构成的不同组态对创新绩效的影响。研究发现:(1)任单一条件均不构成创新绩效的必要条件;(2)高创新绩效具有3条驱动路径,分别为双重促进型、数字适应型、赋能反超型;(3)非高创新绩效具有2条驱动路径,与企业高创新绩效存在非对称关系。本文丰富了创新绩效的复杂因果机制、揭示了组织韧性双属性的作用机制、明晰数字化转型与组织韧性对创新绩效的协同作用机制,为我国“专精特新”企业增强创新能力实现高质量发展提供了一定的实践启示和理论参考。

Abstract: How specialized, refined, differential and innovative (SRDI) enterprises can cultivate innovation capability to gain innovation performance is an important issue that they need to address nowadays. This paper adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) approach to explore the impact of digital transformation and organizational resilience of different groupings consisting of multidimensional variables on innovation performance from a grouping perspective. The study found that: (1) any single condition does not constitute a necessary condition for innovation performance; (2) high innovation performance has three driving paths, respectively, double promotion type, digital adaptation type, empowerment and counter-exceeding type; (3) non high innovation performance has two driving paths, and there is an asymmetric relationship with the ’enterprise’s high innovation performance. This paper enriches the complex causal mechanism of innovation performance, reveals the mechanism of dual attributes of organizational resilience, clarifies the synergistic mechanism of digital transformation and organizational resilience on innovation performance, and provides certain practical inspiration and theoretical references for ’China’s SRDI enterprises to enhance their innovation capability and achieve high-quality development.
