供应链管理在企业运营中的应用研究

摘要: 随着市场环境的变化，市场竞争日益加剧，消费者需求的多样化和个性化对企业提出了更高要求，这进一步加大了企业间的竞争力度，企业间的竞争已逐步从市场、业务间的传统竞争转变为管理模式、管理手段的竞争。转变管理理念思维，创新管理方式方法，提高效率，降低成本等已成为企业管理的重中之重，对改善企业运作现状、提升运作效率影响重大。供应链管理作为关注成本、注重效率的管理模式，在企业运作中的重要作用逐步凸显，互联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术的发展更是为供应链管理应用深度的增加、重要作用的发挥带来了新的发展机遇，有助于企业实时跟踪和管理供应链各个环节，提高管理的准确性。供应链管理不断完善与发展，已成为提升企业管理水平的重要方式，是衡量企业核心竞争力的关键因素。文章从供应链管理在企业运作中的重要意义切入，深入分析了供应链管理在企业运营中的应用现状，并提出强化应用的有效措施，以期为企业更好地推进供应链管理、深化供应链应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract: With the changes in the market environment, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the diversifi cation and personalization of consumer demand have put forward higher requirements for enterprises. This further increases the competition between enterprises, and the competition between enterprises has gradually shifted from traditional market and business competition to competition in management models and means. Transforming management concepts and thinking, innovating management methods and methods, improving efficiency, and reducing costs have become the top priorities of enterprise management, significantly impacting the operational status and efficiency of enterprises. As a management mode focusing on cost and efficiency, supply chain management has gradually played an important role in enterprise operation. The development of new technologies such as the Internet, big data and artifi cial intelligence has brought new development opportunities for the increased application depth of supply chain management and the play of its important role, which helps enterprises track and manage all aspects of the supply chain in real time and improve management and accuracy. With the continuous improvement and development of supply chain management, it has become an important way to enhance the level of enterprise management and one of the key factors to measure the core competitiveness of enterprises. The paper starts with the signifi cant role of supply chain management in enterprise operation, deeply analyzes the current application status of supply chain management in enterprise operation, and proposes eff ective measures to strengthen its application, aiming to serve as a reference for enterprises to better promote supply chain management and deepen supply chain application.
