人工智能采纳对企业突破性创新的影响研究

摘要: 人工智能技术对实现企业的技术创新和高质量发展具有重要意义。但目前对于人工智能的研究多从定性的角度探究人工智能的使用对企业生产和营销活动的影响，关于人工智能是否影响企业突破性创新缺乏微观的实证证据。本文从人工智能采纳这一角度出发，将企业对人工智能的采纳程度进行量化，结合动态理论与企业实际数据，探究人工智能采纳程度对企业突破性创新的影响，并进一步探究这种影响的内部机制。研究发现，人工智能采纳正向影响企业突破式创新，并呈现出一定的异质性特征；中间机制研究表明，人工智能采纳程度的提高，通过提升企业科研能力、改善企业吸收能力、促进企业适应能力驱动企业实现突破式创新；并且在进行一系列稳健性检验之后结论依然成立。本文加深了对微观企业层面人工智能在企业突破式创新过程中所扮演角色的认知和理解，并为在微观企业层面推动人工智能技术发展提供了建议。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence technology is of great significance to realize the technological innovation and high-quality development of enterprises. However, the current research on artificial intelligence mostly explores the impact of the use of artificial intelligence on enterprise production and marketing activities from a qualitative perspective, and there is a lack of micro empirical evidence on whether artificial intelligence affects the breakthrough innovation of enterprises. From the perspective of the adoption of artificial intelligence, this paper quantifies the degree of the adoption of artificial intelligence, combines the dynamic theory with the actual data of enterprises, explores the impact of the adoption of artificial intelligence on the breakthrough innovation of enterprises, and further explores the internal mechanism of this impact. It is found that the adoption of AI positively affects the breakthrough innovation of enterprises and presents some heterogeneous characteristics; the intermediate mechanism shows that the improvement of AI adoption drives the breakthrough innovation by improving the scientific research ability, improving the absorption capacity and promoting the adaptability, and the conclusion remains true after a series of robustness tests. This paper deepens the cognition and understanding of the role of AI at the micro enterprise level in the breakthrough innovation process at the micro enterprise level, and provides suggestions for promoting the development of AI technology at the micro enterprise level.
